The Walking Dead Season 1 does not have portuguese language

I won gift The Walking Dead game, but it does not have my language, Portuguese. As a gift, I do not have the invoice of the product, only own the media. What Microsoft can do for me?

If you haven't redeemed the code yet, you could try contacting who you won the code from to see if they can exchange it. Otherwise, if the code has been redeemed there's nothing else that can be done since the game does not support your language.

 

You could compromise and see if it has Spanish language support for example. And if you don't want to do that then there's not much that can be done except than contacting them and asking for an exchange if the code hasn't been redeemed
