    The Walking Dead: Michonne (Windows) Episode 2-3 does not start


    Hello folks,

    I played The Walking Dead: Michonne via pc gamepass. The first episode works beautifully with no issues.

    when i finished the first epsiode and wanted to play the second i had to buy epsiode 2-3 even though the whole season should be playable with gamepass.

    then i bought the season pass with episode 2-3 but the game says i need to buy it even though i already own it and when i press buy again it says you already own it.

    I tried to get a refund from micrsoft but got none.

    what can I do?

    Sorry for the inconveniences, right now this is a known issue with this game (and also TWD a new frontier)
    The complete season is available for both games with your game pass subscription, but sadly some gamers are experiencing problems to access to the other episodes

    About the refund, is this the form that you sent?

    https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    If yes and if your refund was denied. You can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

    All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

    If you have a current Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription you should have access to the games listed below. If you are still experiencing issues accessing episodes 2-5 please log out of the Xbox app and log back in with the account attached to your Game Pass subscription.

    The Walking Dead: Season 1 = Complete Season all 5 episodes
    The Walking Dead: Season 2 = Complete Season all 5 episodes
    The Walking Dead: Michonne = Episode 1 only
    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier = Episode 1 only

    We are thinking that when Xbox announce this, it was not indicated that for new frontier and michonne only Episode 1 is available, and you need to purchase them individually or purchase the Season Pass for episode 2-5
