    Said person was claiming in voice chat he was gonna knock people offline over a dispute from and old xbox clan that he had been in because of a he said she said situation with another friend of mine and weather he was joking or not it should be taken seriously.

    IGE PUNISHER was the one who was telling him about something they said and he didn't like so he was threatening to knock them offline

    case number 1411182014.

    Sorry to hear the problem came back. To clarify, have you tried checking for firmware updates on the TV as well as updates on the console?

    Hey LD VAD3R,

    Were you able to confirm if other games run into similar issues? Additionally, does it ever occur in Destiny if there are no background apps running? That will help us narrow down the issue a lot.

    yep did that and talked with support on this person not sure why i had to file it here though i think support directed me to the wrong forum but unsure.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums,niether is posting reference numbers,they are for phone/chat support only.

    Whoever told you to report this person via the forums was incorrect.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can not be done any other way & that is the only way the enforcement team will investigate them.

    If this person does kick you offline then that is done via a ddos attack & that is down to your isp to address as it is done via your broadband (internet) & not xbox live.

    I chatted with support about it and they told me i could change topic title didn't know calling out gamertags was against rules asked if i should post that number and they told me yes after giving me this link i usually don't go
    to support but that needed supports help but seems like it may not get resolved from here as you say can staff remove it if it's not gonna be resolved here.

    If a person is acting in this manor please do not reply to them or message them as this may result in an enforcement action being taken against you. The best thing to do is to either block the person or to block and file a complaint against the person.
