The update broke my Xbox One

So the time I posted this, i as trying to update my Xbox and so it was restarting itself, it remained unresponsive, so I did I hard reset 3 times and nothing work. I did the power supply reset twice and it didn't work. I even tried doing the offline update
nothing worked. right now it's a disaste. Can someone help me

the mega millions that broke my xbox this update broke my connectivity to live so the update is pointless now...

 

Xbox one update issues

Everyone has this issue it isn't the xbox that's broken it's there servers I'm thinking yesterday it was working but my xbox one broke yesterday so I had to get it replaced and I can't update it sucks so much

None of the 10 or so people who visit them regularly can do anything but post you a link of somewhere else to go.

I don't keep links on file so I don't have any to give.

Personally I'm amazed a hard reset didn't work because going by what I've seen on these forums, it seems it fixes every known issue period. It's pretty much the only advice I've ever seen anyways...

Well since the update it's telling me I haven't a gold membership... and the new layout is pretty bad imo.

 

Well, I fixed my Xbox at a cost of losing all my games and apps but they can get redownloaded. Last night, I decided to keep my Xbox running and when I woke up today it gave me the option to do a factory reset. I chose that option and everything fixed itself.

Guys, I'm back up and running!

I performed a console reset, leaving the games intact.

To do this, go to Settings, All Settings, System, Console Info & Updates, Reset console, and finally select Reset and keep my games and apps.

When I did mine, my Xbox went to a black screen, and I let it sit there for a while, maybe 20 minutes or so. I removed the power, gave it 30 secs, and plugged it back in. The console restarted, and I had to enter all of my info (location, time, etc.), like
when you first turn it on.

Once it was back up, the first thing I noticed was that the "sluggishness" was gone. I ran a game from disc, one from the hdd, and an app. All are working now!!
