The Ultimate: Xbox One will not connect to game servers Issue

My Hardware/Settings/Games

XBOX 1 - 2yrs old, never banged around.

-Buffalo External HD/4TB usb3.0

(works fine. But to make sure I've unlugged it & did all TS steps below w/ & w/o external HD present)

ROUTER - AT&T 5268AC modem/router (3rd router, all three were differnt, this one's the newest)-none fixed the issue

Multiplayer Games tried: Destiny/Star Wars: Battlefront/Plants v. Zombies GW2/ ...& Hawken (to try a 3rd server)

ALL connections Time Out at the point of trying to connect to a game server.

-=[THE ISSUE]=-

I'm going to go through this with Destiny. It's weird as you will find out, but if I can get into the Destiny Server the EA stuff will work. So lets go Destiny. *edit: I get home from work today & it's connecting to EA servers now, 2/22 -5pm cst, for
some reason but still no Destiny. I won't be surprised if the EA servers give me problems after a reboot

Open Destiny, get past the "Click A to Continue" screen.

Now bottom right of the screen status states: "Signing In...". Takes a little bit longer than norml here but gets past it.

*Next status screen is "Checking for Updates...". This is where it stalls for about 45secs., then gives me the Bungie "Nightingale" error code screen. Ive tried all solutions for this from every corner of the net.

-Troubleshooting the Router-

-Unplug power for 5mins. Boot it back up.

-Check cables

-NAT OPEN: via Port Forwarding. (ports from Xbox one website)

-Have turned Firewall completely off.

-Console is Hardwired. Tried different cables, tried Wifi instead. (DL/UL speeds ok. no packet loss. 74 Latency.)

-Turned off IPV6 (not supported in my area yet anywho)

-Xbox 1-

Held power down to crash unit down, & rebooted.

Turned off console, then unplugged all cables from unit/wall until the light on the Brick goes off, about 5mins..

Can't even begin to count how many times I've done combinations of this during this whole process.

From powered down state., Held down Power button & eject button on console. Let beep 3times, & another time 5 times, reboot. no luck.

Deleted all profiles from unit. Reinstalled them. (2 total) Each profile has its own Microsoft email & acct. & it takes A Lot longer than normal to auto log me in on boot-up.

Deleted Destiny from console. Reinstall. nope.

Whipe XB1, w/ keep games option.

Whipe XB1, Erase Everything back to stock. didn't help..

All issues happen with either of the 2 profiles setup on my XB1.

-Contacted my ISP-

They've been out "7" times to help figure it out. this last visit im pretty convinced its not ISP.

I now have a dedicated cable running from my box out front of my house to the main box down the street. (less than 100ft.)

Frequency lowered on line for better stability.

Checked all lines inside & out, saw the graphs etc. looks good.

After all that we both threw our hands up.

---& the big hint here that i cant get ahold of---

Took my XB1 to work to try there & Everything worked just fine..

Bring it home. Same old thing. Can't connect to the server. Called ISP back, had a couple techs come out throughout the week. No luck.

Couple of days later I took my XB1 to a freinds with my "7th High Tier ISP tech guy" by my side so he could see whats going on.

I boot up Destiny & I get past the "Checking For Updates" screen, BUT it tells me I have to play the trial version as if never purchased. (I have the game & all expansions) Ok, play the trial version then. So I'm able to get into the server & play the Trial
@ his house. Most of the stuff is locked. (im Level40/380 light) But Im In the game so I feel like I'm getting somewhere. I take it back home & try again.

Get home & still shows as the trial version only. I Reboot & it's back to timing out while connecting to the server @ the "Checking for Updates" Screen.

Next I UNinstall Destiny. Goto Game store to redownload direct. The only button it gives me is play the Trial Version.

So I click Trial Version. Downloads the full 48.7GB game. & Im back to where I have been for the last 3 weeks. Time out while checking for updates.

-Profile Issue- (has to be linked to my main issue)

Since my last Full Whipe of my XB1 yesterday. I have rentered both profiles.

Loading time for anything to do with either of profile pages takes a lot longer than normal. I when I try to Change my Gamer Pic it changes., I click Done & it takes me back to my Info tab on my profile page. Where my Gamer Tag does not show up. Blank space
in the circle. Maybe it needs me to create an Avatar 1st, so I goto the Create Avatar button. Blank page w/ no ppl to choose from, just a white screen with the normal text.

Pulling up my achivements page, all Icons are grey blank squares. All friends on page have no gamer pics..

Oh, & if I logon to my profile via Microsoft on a PC it shows my gamer pic etc. & all internet test are fine on all my PCs.

I can surf the web, and run speed tests via the browser on the XB1 fine.

So my best guess is that the Xbox is having problems talking to the servers. The router is just passing along info XB1 tells it to, because its wide open & my 3rd box, but the XB1 is stuttering while communicating during those certain situations.

NOTE:-| Is my XBOX ID giving me problems on the XBOX Live etc websites????

Forza horizon 4 online issues

So I had purchased forza horizon 4 ultimate edition and since the early launch all online features do not work at all. The game runs perfectly otherwise but every thing to do with online is greyed out and says the servers are down or I need to connect
to horizon life....I have open Nat and all other games seem to work fine. Is anyone else having this issue on Xbox one? I purchased this game almost strictly for the online features so any help is much appreciated.

 

forza servers are still down

I still cant connect to the forza servers and xbox says the issue has been resolved. Am I the only one with this issue?

I'll have to test it tonight when I get in but I believe I have a Virus/Malware on a computer in the house. My son has a laptop thats connected via wifi & it's always on.. That would explain a lot if it is taking over the connection trying to infiltrate the
servers I'm connecting to with the Xbox1...
