    The trigger on my elite series 2 is hard to push down


    I don’t know how this happened but the right trigger in mg elite series 2 is sort of clicky and hard yo push down. Ive been on microsofts website for 30+ minutes just trying to get hold of someone that knows what to do. The controller is 180 dollars so
    its not like i can just get another one so I wanna know how my controller can get repaired or if i can be sent a new controller.

    Sign into your microsoft account, go to devices and register there using the serial number on the back. It will tell you if your warranty is still active and when it expires. Request a repair if your warranty is still active. After your done they will
    email you a shipping lable. Good news is they bumped up the warranty from 90 days to a year. Print lable or the UPS has a computer in store to print the labke for a small fee, drop it off at a UPS store and you'll have it back within 14 days.

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..

    My Bumper (RB / LB) doesnt work correctly...

    Sometimes the Bumper didnt react if i push them.. I havt to push them very hard until they react :/.

    I have allready update the controller.

    Hi Eggsey,

    Has your problem been resolved? I've had similar situations with my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller regarding the trigger buttons. If it's "sticky", you can try adding some lube into the gaps, sometimes that will fix it. What worked for me, was pulling down
    on the trigger towards the bottom of the trigger. Over time, wear and tear can shift the trigger, and the trigger would rub against the plastic.

    Xbox elite controller series 2 Issues.

    I have had the same issue with like 3 of these Controllers and the A button was messed on first controller but why can i not use my Elite series 2 that costed more then the Price of Gold on Trigger Setting 3 it wont acknowledge the triggers being clicked
    only on setting 3 tightest triggers setting i mean damn i paid 230$ Canadian for this thing and had nothing but problems with it please help how do i get brand new elite series 2 triggers to actually work on setting 3 this is False Advertisement and a Lawsuit
    is in order here. .... second elite 2 i had and just replaced kept randomly disconnecting also..
