The transferrence of Points & Gems to your new Microsoft Rewards.

So, now as Xbox Rewards has been converted to being Microsoft Rewards I would like to know when I will see all my Rewards Points and Gems is being transferred to my now Microsoft Rewards thing.

I went to the new Microsoft Rewards page directed from the good old Xbox Rewards page. I was reading from the FAQ that all my unspent Xbox Rewards Points and Gems would be transferred directly as POINTS. Ok, good I thought.

But now I want to actually know WHERE IS all my Points? Because when I went into this new Microsoft Rewards page I had absolutely NOTHING. And had to start from scratch, and zero Points.

Wants to know what is happening with all my remaining 169 Gems and Xbox 250 Rewards Points, that are supposed to be auto transferred. That becomes 419 Points that has not been set into that new Microsoft Rewards page of mine yet. I am also having a My VIP Level
3, which also means I should have had max Lvl on Microsoft Rewards from day 1 already, something which I am not having.

Is it so that I have to wait for July to end before all this is being done?

Because I thought it should be done at once.

Just wondering about all this, since I really thought it should have been taken care of already asap.

From the transition FAQ:

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.

 

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

Any remaining rewards credits would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance. Any remaining gems will be transferred to your Microsoft Rewards account. This was supposed to be done by the end of June, but due to issues that has been delayed and should
be done by the end of July.

 

Ok, that likely means I need to wait till end of July to get all and everything transferred. It may also have something to do with the fact (for my part at least) I had to spend all the Gems you wanted to spend on last day on 15th of July.

As Smwutches mentions, due to an issue that arose during server maintenance around the beginning of July, deposits that should have occurred around the end of June and the middle of July were delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience
caused by this delay. However, we see that only 250 Credits were delayed as a result of this issue. You may not have seen the larger deposit that occurred on June 17th, which you then spent in the following days on purchases of in-game currency. You can see
a review of your purchasing activity via your commerce page at Sign in to your Microsoft account, where Xbox Live Rewards deposits are listed as a refund with a negative amount.

 

Sorry to be having to upsetting already an answered issue, but have to say I´m beginning to wondering if anything will happen at all.

Well, that is at least with my Gems issue. I already saw that my Rewards Points had been transferred to money, not much as of having only 250 Credits, but still, it was done. So thanks for that.

Was told everything should be taken care of by end of July. Well, now we are in the end of July, 31st to be correct. And I´m still waiting for something that already shouldn´t be an issue regarding me and as I´m now referring to my VIP Lvl I had. That means
I was supposed to have MAX Level on Microsoft Rewards as I am not having as of today yet.

Every time I enter Microsoft Rewards just having a look, I always read: Yeah, go ahead and earn your Points Mister so you can reach your next Level. Yohooo. Go ahead and do this and do that and earn some extra points, yay. Oh yes, Mister, go ahead and buy
some of this and this and earn a bunch of extra points and get this and this. For every x money you spend you get 1 Point of this and bla, bla. Not that doing some small stuff to earn extra Points is any problem but I should already have the benefit of having
MAX Level and getting the bonuses based on my already earned VIP Lvl..

But I mean: Why should I bother? I already having a VIP Level from Xbox Rewards already that should MAX me already and give me PLENTY of extra bonuses, even before I go into the store, when I actually DO GO and buy some stuff regarding Games, DLCs or something
from the store.

I do not understand why this haven´t been taken care of already. Do I really have to wait a good few days into month of August before I am able to get the bonuses I´m entitled to?

Also still waiting for those remaining Gems to be put in.

 

Ok, I see now I have received 200 Pts for just being a member in Microsoft Rewards. But what I do not see is the Gems I had left from Xbox Rewards, which I am still waiting getting transferred to my Microsoft Rewards Account.

I am also understanding that Max Level on Microsoft Rewards is Level 2 and where you are getting the most and best benefits of/from.

Now I am Level 2, but now it says I have to earn 331 more Pts to be able to
stay on Level 2 for the rest of the Month.

Why is this occurring? I had 169 Gems leftover from Xbox Rewards. Still waiting for my Gems to get into Points. When the transfer from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards occurred I was VIP Level 3. This is supposed to get me many extra benefits for the rest
of the year when I´m doing purchases as Games, DLCs, Pre-Orders etc..

But all I have now is the thing with: You must earn Points, many Points to get higher Level and bla, bla. Why isn´t things like they are supposed to be? I already AM and should BE MAX Level.
