I have just come off support after over an hour but they reassurred me that if it will not let you purchase the Season Pass from the in-game store then you will have bought the season pass licence & should be able to download the other episodes for free
as they are released. We will see

 

That was 1 hour an 40 of my life I won't get back. It was a utter waste of time contacting support end result they refunded me to re buy the whole thing. And the problem still there

Anyone have better luck

I'm not going to worry about this until this is actually an issue - since the content's not out yet, I'm just going to sit on it for now...

 

idk why but I really don't care for those telltale games. Maybe I'll give it another try. I bought the Walking Dead ones a while back because I'm a fan of the tv series.

 

I have a question,

I purchased the Collection but did not get the Borderlands Season Pass. In the Marketplace it wants me to pay 12,74€ (I'm from europe), when I start the game it does not say "You have the season pass" but it says "Buy season pass now" and directs me to the
link in the marketplace where I have to pay 12,74€. The Collection also never downloaded the Season Pass as an extra file, I just got Episode One. For example it did download the Season Pass from the Game of Thrones game as an extra file. What happend to my
Borderlands season pass? The Xbox Support is not helpful either. They say it's fine that way, you have the season pass even if i told them 1000 times that I do not have it...

Hi guys, so i bought this bundle and i got everything in it except for the season pass for tales from the borderlands so who do i talk to about resolving this problem cause i played the first episode and that was hilarious and now i need more so don't hold

I have already purchased The Telltale Games Collection. But still donot get the Tales from the Borderlands - Season Pass .

 

I purchased the telltale games collection from xbox live yesterday & it said that the tales from the borderlands season pass was meant to be included.

However this did not download for me

 

There is something wrong with this bundle, It specifies that you get Tales from the borderlands season pass but you do not, I just spend hours trying to resolve this with Microsoft Xbox-live support. The kicker is that one of the main reason for me to purchased
this bundle was Tales from the borderlands. It does not add the season pass to your download queue and when you go into the collection and click on manage Walking Dead Season 1 and Season 2, The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, Game of Thrones and
Game of thrones season pass is there but no season pass for tales from the borderlands, in the end Microsoft cancel my digital license to items is the collection and refunded the purchased price. But that still does not make up for the fact wasted hours trying
to resolve the gigs of bandwidth wasted trying download the games and no i do not have unlimited internet i pay and additional fee for every gig over 100gb on a per month basis. In the end i get a wasted Saturday afternoon with tons of frustration and no
new games to play.

 

^^ Wow. People really do have a tendency to not read. 4 straight people commenting about the Season Pass not being included, when marknally already answered the question.

 

I just played Episode 1 of Season one(T.W.D.) on the 360 and can confirm it's not my type of entertainment. Wasn't horrible, but I like inverted sticks.
