    Hello, I have a problem to change the name for my Xbox Live profile, the tab : "Name" does not appear in : "Edit Profile" and suddenly I find myself without a name. I have an adult account. If you can help me, thank you in advance.

    Personal Name Change Help

    Was your friend messing around with your Proflie on your console or your E-Mail Info?

    If its your Profile just click your guide button and go over to settings, Profile than Edit profile than click on each tab until you are able to find out which one he put your last name under. More than likely its under the name tab.

    You have to click your profile on the top right corner and click "My Microsoft Account" then another tab will open with your account details. Go to where it says: "more actions" under your name and click edit profile; and there it should appear the country
    or region and you should be able to edit it.

    Can't find a certain management screen, or doesn't exist?

    You may edit your profile on the console and remove your dads' name. You will also see that it is appearing on your profile page here on the site. Remember too that it is never a good idea to post your full name, anywhere. :)

    When you click on that tab where your gamertag is you can scroll down to edit profile and it will give you the option to choose a gamerpic, have your real name displayed, and few other settings.

    There is also an option in the Xbox settings to 'appear offline' it's in the my Profile Tab. Check this to see if it is set to appear offline.
