    Hi, I have a problem with the update. You can not read the update from a storage device.
    After connecting the device again, the update is not installed.
    The message appears again.Please help

    Sorry to hear it. Please try redownloading the update from the website and see if that works. If not you may have to try doing a factory reset on the console.

    It's me again. I tried to rip the update to another USB flash drive using a computer but unfortunately the download can not be completed - 42s is missing to the end and stopped

    Hello Lis,

    in this case we recommend installing the update to the internal storage. If this is a game update, make sure to install the game to internal then the update. Once they are installed you can move it to the external device.
