The Surge (Windows 10 - Gamepass) DLC not working

Hi,

I have been playing the Surge on Windows 10 gamepass since it's launch a couple of weeks ago. I have been unable to get the DLC to work, despite trying multiple things. I am going to list below the things that I know/have tried to avoid duplicate advice.
Currently I have installed/purchased the following - Fire and Ice, Cutting edge, the good the bad....., CREO employee kit.

1. I have Installed the Game and DLC on C:\ (initially installed on D:\), I have also used the marketplace and the gamepass as methods of install too.

2. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled

3. I have verified through both the app settings and the Xbox (Beta) app settings that the DLC is showing as installed.

4. I previously played this game on Xbox, so I am aware of the stages when the DLC becomes available, I am around half way through the game.

5. I have been in contact with the developers who have exhausted their troubleshooting, they have verified everything is correct through reviewing screenshots and my dxdiag file.

The developers are of the belief the issue is with gamepass and therefore I need assistance from here please?

Only gamepass ultimate works with steam deck

Unless you install Windows 10

Steam.os cannot install games because from gamepass games are windows based

Only cloud gaming is supported unless you install Windows 10

gamepass games on PC will require Windows 10 to run the games.

So if you have Windows 10 running then I would assume it would work.

if its the windows 10 version on gamepass for pc then there is no multiplayer, we all waited for ages for a fix then decided to buy on steam as it does not work on gamepass full stop.
