    The Surge crashing on Xbox One X


    Hello. Has anyone else experienced this game crashing whilst accessing the implant menu inside of the MedBay? Am currently in the Nucleus portion of the game and it simply commenced crashing, completely shutting down the console and removing the controller sync. Extremely annoying! Prior to this, no problems whatsoever.

    I have same problem on a Xbox one S.

    In the Nucleus game Crashing and shutting off the console. 😭
    Sadly, ceased playing this most enjoyable game because of this annoying bug. Developers that release games to the public prior to squashing these bugs should be ashamed! ☹

    If you intend to follow through, you must return to the previous area to access the menus. It is possible, but truly irritating. Good fortune!

    Surge protector

    The surge protector is already built in.

    Whether you have the power brick on the original Xbox One or the One S or upcoming X. The PSU also doubles as a surge protector.

    Both the Xbox One S and X have inbuilt surge protection.

    Surge protector with the Xbox Series X

    I've never had any problems with my Xbox One X while it's plugged into an external surge protector and I got my Xbox Series X on release day and it's plugged into an external surge protector as well and I've had no problems with that either.

    I would rather an external surge protector die doing its job than the surge protector dying in the console as you'd have no working console when there was a power surge without an external surge protector as the first line of defence.
