I would just say it's just a one-time game bug. Sometimes my game has audio shudders, but it doesn't affect me at all.

In NBA 2K14, there is commentary at halftime.

Keep in MIND that if you stacked your years to get the free upgrade for 3 years DONT cancel as you would forfeit the prepaid time

This refunds the amount you paid for the 1month not thr upgraded 3 years

Just turn off autorenewal and let it run out

If you are referring to Gold or Game Pass subscription, logon to Services & subscriptions and choose
Manage > Cancel subscription on the item your want to cancel.
