the status page says xbox only.... so pc and mobile should be up right?

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to log in to your account on the Xbox App.

We are currently experiencing an
Xbox Live Service Alert that could potentially be the reason as to why you are currently unable to sign into your account.

It currently states it only affected the Xbox One platform, but this could be seeping into other services or platform, which would explain the difficulties with being able to access other games.

We don't not currently have an ETA for alleviating the service and we ask for your continued patience as our engineers help resolve this matter.

As there is no other information that we can provide currently, we will now be locking this thread, if you have any other questions or concerns, please, feel free to create a new thread and we will cater to you there.

Hi MichaelSith2233, the Xbox Live and Zune services are currently down. They should be being fixed right now and the service should be up soon I'm guessing. The only thing you can do is wait. Here is the service status page;

At the moment Xbox Live is having issues with signing in/downloading profiles. They're working on fixing it right now, when it says it's "Up and Running", you should be able to download your profile.

When you go to the website on you table/mobile device, the server is loading the mobile version of the website by default. This mobile version will have that blank page just asking for a username and password. Your information comes back as "Access Denied".

Near the bottom of the page there should be what looks like a generic PC and Smartphone. If you click the PC it will load the PC version of the website. If possible, I would recommend doing this on a PC as it will be easier to set everything up anyways.
You can also give Xbox Support a call at 1-800-469-9269 and they can help you out with registering the console and setting up your order.
