The sound keeps going out on my xbox. How do I fix it?

Hello Atrayne06, when it says that the sound keeps going of your console out, would that be on your television, or on some sound system that the Xbox is connected to?

Does this happen with all games and in the console menu, or just with some specific game?

What model would your Xbox be?

Have you tried any procedures in the console, whether it's rem regarding the system as a cache cleanup or resetting the console?

Hey so i have a pair of turtle Beach elite 800x and now the sound keeps going out when plugged to my Xbox one x it works on everything else but that. Was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. And if there is anything i can do to fix it

Although it does work, some games don't have window borderless they have window fullscreen would that be fine, it does work I've only tested it for one game, but is there any other way to find out what's causing this tabbing out like a third party app?

It can be a third-party app, yes.

Try disabling apps from the Windows Startup.

Press Windows Key + R > Type msconfig > Select Services > Check the box Hide all Microsoft Services > Select Deactivate All.

Restart your computer and test the games again.

Have you tried to run the games on a borderless window setting? Instead of Full screen.
