    I've made a good few purchase with is game on my windows phone and it was working fine, but the last few I've been purchasing there not been come through or if I does come through it not the right amount I purchase there like a bundles and I only given me
    half of the amounts it's saying it gives you.... So it a bit of a false advertising really... So I like the stuff I've paid for thanks!! And hope u help with my problem soon..

    where do I get the "product key" if I purchased a product on line? (Age of Empires III)?

    It is open right now, and as a matter of fact I received a purchase confirmation code, but not a product key code...

    Hi JohnnytheP. Yes, you are right. Sims University is an expansion pack to Sims 4, so you do need the main game to use unfortunately.

    If you are not interested in purchasing The Sims 4, i would recommend contacting Support and request a refund for the purchase at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.

    you were right Miss Bijoux, the product I was about to purchase is region locked in my country and migrating account blocked me from getting it for free for that reason.
