    The Sims 4 not starting with Xbox Cloud Gaming


    When trying to start The Sims 4 on Cloud Gaming from its store page, it keeps taking me back to the home cloud gaming webpage after the rocket ship animation.

    The Sims 4 is no longer searchable on the Cloud Gaming website, but I haven't seen any notices that cloud gaming would be removed for it. I know it became free to play this morning, and I did add it to my account while trying to figure this out, but it didn't fix this issue.

    So far I haven't seen information about removing the game from the cloud games list of games, but yesterday it started to be free and the problem may be occurring due to some bug after the change

    Do you know if it’ll be back up? I’m thinking it happened because the sims 4 base game went free. Hopefully they put it back on xcloud and it’s just a glitch or something.
    Well, it's still on Xcloud. 3 reasons:

    1) It's a regional thing and it has been removed from your region (no clue as I don't know where in the world you are)

    2) Your Xbox App is having issues...could try uninstalling and reinstalling

    3) It's a temporary glitch and it will get resolved soon hopefully, although I can't find anyone else mentioning this issue.
