The Sims 4 DLC not working.

I own 4 DLCs for The Sims 4, and I cannot access any of them in the game. I’ve tried reinstalling the DLC, reinstalling the game, signing in and out, and restarting. But nothing works. I’ve contacted EA Support, and they say there’s nothing they can do. I’ve contacted Microsoft for a refund, and they say there’s nothing they can do.

I’m not sure what to do. This has been happening for over a week now. I just want the content I payed for, or a refund.

Can you see the DLC on your account order history? Is it showing as complete?

When you say you can't access it, you are able to see and download it on the console but can't open it, or you can't even download it? Also, do you get any error message?

I went to manage game and add-ons on the sims and the add on is under the installed and downloaded list but it isnt in the game.

Try going to manage games and apps and see if there is additional downloads available there under the game itself.

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already done so, try
removing and re-adding your account by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account
> Remove accounts.
Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
When you're finished, select Close.

Once you sign back in, go ahead and try launching the Sims. Let us know how it goes!

If it shows as downloaded under the game tab, it may be an issue with the game itself. Have you tried the developer's forums as well?
