    The Sims 4 (Cats & Dogs Bundle) having trouble


    So I bought the game on the Xbox store December 29th and had no problems with it ever since. This morning, however, the game crashed. I launched it and everything was going good up until I get to the loading screen. It ends up getting stuck, then crashing
    back to the Xbox home screen. I've tried power cycling, clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. Nothing has worked so far. Any tips?

    I would perform a soft reset, if that doesnt work try contacting support for further assistance as it may be a firmware issue

    Have you tried hard resetting the console? If not, try that and after it boots back up, try to reinstall the add-on.
