the sign in button doesn't work on xbox.com i'm using windows 10 and i already had full update and i have tested on IE,crome,fire fox but nothing happened can anyone solve this problem?

I have the same problem one time with chrome on my chromebook to fix it, i only erase the cache restart the chromebook then i can log in with any trouble.

Hi There,

We recommend trying to sign in on a completely different network then. Like a family or friends house, even the library. As there is clearly something going on with your PC and/or connection.

What kind of browser do you have? You may not have any updates on your computer. First of all, try restarting your computer.
And check for updates.

Hi there,

As mentioned previously, you will need to try a different device since xbox.com is not reported to be having any sign in issues.

It's possible that your internet service provider is blocking xbox.com and other Xbox Live services or your firewall program is blocking the ability to sign into xbox.com.

Do you happen to have the Xbox App for Windows 10 or the mobile app? If you do try signing in there and see what happens.
