the sign in button does not work

This means you're underage and need whoever is in charge of the family account to make the changes for you in the family account setting. If you're not in a family account yet. The link for the parent/guardian to set one up is here

As stated, being you are 17 you will need a parent account to manage your privacy settings. This is also part of the reason you cant sign in. You will need to

add your account to a family under a parent account. Once that is done, can log in on the parent account then

change privacy settings. Also download the parent account first to the console than your profile.

Thank you for the reply. The thing is that I can’t click on the Sign In button, so I can’t do much. I tried all of those options and nothing worked sadly.

• 
  On your PC, go to
  Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select
  Forgot my password and follow the instructions.
  
• If that didn’t work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the
  Set time automatically setting is turned on. Open Time & language settings
  
• If none of those options work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
  Remove. Then go back to the Xbox
  app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed. Open Settings
