The Servers

I have a question, lately I have been playing and find my shots are not registering or doing any damage UNTIL either I keep shooting or I get shot at and I take damage THEN my shots will start to do something.

Reading here I see a few threads and posts saying since the patch after a few days after release there are no Dedicated Servers and I have to agree. Since it's completely BS and false advertising I am surprised nobody sued Activision and IW for this garbage
bag of lies.

Anyway, It is NOT on my end, I run a stable 105MBPS on my Xbox One, OPEN NAT, Nobody else home or using WiFi and yet I am constantly losing battles and or shots delay, Seems like the worse your connection the better your experience.

is this going to continue or what?

Also a side note, for the Invasion DLC, anyone else having some frame rate issues and or lag spiked only on Favela, for some reason when i play it seem,s like it chops up and lags and skips frames, like it is being overloaded.

Its hardly a waste of money if entire regions lose trust and stop buying the games. That's one hell of a lot worse. My problem with all of it is it's advertised, and not followed through. Heists in gta, where? I watched the trailer before I purchased the
game, the content isnt in there. Ghosts advertised aus servers, they were postponed till now and still arent up. I have not been able to play a single game of that. Marketing came back for another punt before advanced warfare came in. But still, those servers
are not operating either. Even to get to these forums I crossed an ad bragging the best connections for gaming because of the servers. Right now, its one big falsely advertised lie that nobody is accountable for. Yes its a business, and not for 1 second would
I let them off the hook because it's expensive to support your own products. We get charged way more for games here and there are expensive in general. Its not like they're scraping for cash. Now halo, same deal. What can be done in these situations?

 

Its lag comp and yes, it will continue. It started for me with MW3 which was the worst experience ever. It gets real bad when you play in groups of people from different parts of the country. BO2 and Ghosts on the One got a little bit better. But with
MW3 I actually had to quit the game it was so bad.

 

Well if your running a high broadband and nobody close to you runs the same speed you will be matched with people as close to your speed as they can. Which means you are going to lag especially around those running much slower speeds. UI run into this
occasionally and have to drop out of the game I believe the dedicated servers are for the PC only

 

I agree.. It's garbage to be penalized for a better connection.

Why not have an option to play in lobbies without lag comp? Let us decide for ourselves?

Play with someone that goes 32-3 and has a KDR of .47... Can someone explain this? He kills with one shot and seems to have auto aim. It's almost like IW purposely changes their aim and power to give them a good round every once in a while to keep them
coming back for more.

 

Sorry but Ghosts is not on or never have been on dedicated servers! I've been trying to find out if Advanced Warfare will be and they told me to keep an eye on the forums to find out...doesn't appear it's gonna be either...So I'm canceling my order...I'm
sick and tired of lag comp and the like...I shoot first and then I die first...really...Every single person shoots through all objects and kills me and I know everyone isn't using the perk to do so...I shoot someone with half a clip and they turn on me and
I see one shot hit me from an ar and I die...not to mention shooting someone and they run through my bullets and stab me in the eye...total horse crap....and I have 50 down and 11 up internet service...guess I'll have to do like some people and download huge
movie files whilst I play so I can get the advantage or at least make it even...I think I'm pretty much done with all Cod games...
