The SERIOUS issue of removing zero achievement games from profile.

Ok guys there are MANY people in the Xbox community who are having this issue....and it's been an issue for along time - which is even more disappointing. You guys have also known about this issue for some time but have decided to take NO action to fix this
which is the worst disappointment.You guys have no problem performing quick fix when issues like achievments not unlocking or not being able to sign into Xbox live....why ignore this issue for so long? Why?

My girlfriend was playing her frozen game on her account on my Xbox one. She signed out and I signed in and BOOM that game is now stuck on my achievment list listing as zero achievments earned. I will NEVER play this game nor will I ever attempt to unlock
any of the achievements. There seriously needs to be an option to remove zero achievement games for your gamertag. Sony is way ahead of you on this issue and even allows you to remove games with trophys unlocked off your profile. Supposedly there was one for
the 360 but not for the one....why? The one has been out for OVER 2 years and your lack of action to fix this is terrible, especially since you know gamers have wanted this. I can't even rent a game to see if I like it without having to worry about it being
stuck on my profile.

Yes that's great that you came out with backwards compatibility and what not. Just know you can't keep ignoring issues like this or wall paper it over with a distraction like backwards compatibility or what not.

Remember when NASA sent that really expensive satelite into space and it was destroyed by the programmers because they forgot to add a period or a comma in the code? This isn't as bad as that but it's like that.

You guys are the leaders in the video game industry and are destroying Nintendo and Sony. Don't ignore simple issues like this and end up going down that death spiral like your competitors for their lack of ingenuity. You guys are better than this.

I and a lot of other people are very ticked off about this. If you choose not to act upon my post or continue ignoring our pleas I will do everything in my power to out this in your face. Online petitions or whatever.

Im asking you nicely go address this issue and not give us the run around anymore. I've called your support line about this and they could give me no comfort in resolving this issues.

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

File this under "Live and Learn" I would do as others suggest, clean that PC. After that honestly I believe that any game that have not scored any achievements on you can remove from your profile. I am not sure what you mean by zero achievement games but if it is that bad I suggest you just start over with a new gamertag.

 

Can't view other people's Achievements

I have the same issue accept for me its across the board. I can't view achievements on any of my friends profiles. They all have zero gamescore for every game. This issue is across Xbox 360 XB1 and Smart Glass. And when viewing my profile from another account
I also appear to have zero achievements unlocked.

Up until a few days ago I could compare achievements with anyone on my friends list.

If you chose to delete your profile from your Xbox you would not lose your achievements or Xbox live

Gold, As long as you have your Xbox accounts email and password you can download your profile fully intact.

That answer is absolutely unacceptable. Many people have done that with this issue and got no where except given a run around. This needs to be put in the face of many until this issue is fixed

"Removing zero achievement games from profile" is not that much of a big issue, you can go to the link above and request there for an feature to added to remove these zero Gamerscore games.

regarding achievements not unlocking there is many solutions they can do, or contact support

lol @ removing zero gamerscore games from your profile is akin to NASA blowing up a million dollar+ satellite. Brilliant.

I was under the impression that zero gamerscore games eventually went away from your profile on the One. I'm sure someone else can confirm this. I remember popping in a game awhile back, I think it was Forza 5, but I immediately quit out and that game
doesn't show up on my card anymore.

 

I agree that this should be addressed, at some point. Even if just a confirmation from MS on how it works now, and whether or not they plan to change anything.

As for this being compared to NASA operations. That picture of the woman crying over "First world problems" comes to mind. I also think of Sheldon from Big Bang.
