The season pass issues with the new DLC have been resolved, however.....

.....it may take up to 4 hours before some season pass holders see the DLC as being free, according to Respawn on Twitter. I have no idea why, so don't shoot the messenger.

Sunset Overdrive DLC not downloading.

Hi all,

I have purchased the Sunset Overdrive (SO from here on) season pass and the first DLC,
The Mystery of Mooil Rig, is not downloading. It is available for me to purchase through the Xbox.com website, however when I check the SO market place from my XB1, it doesn't show. The season pass weapon pack has been downloaded.

I am based in New Zealand.

The DLC was suppose to be available on the 23rd of December.

Has anyone else encountered any issues with SO and its DLC?

False advertising for Halo Wars 2 season pass

I recently bought the Halo Wars 2 season pass under the pretense that the latest campaign DLC would be included. The description of the season pass on the Xbox store can be quoted confirming that it does indeed include"new campaign missions that expand the
halo wars 2 story" . However, a grave injustice has been done to all those who have purchased the $50 season pass as the first campaign DLC Awaking the Nightmare will not be included!

Please address this issues and Stop lying to your fans Microsoft!

Think im only gettin season pass's now IF they offer something more than save a handful of $$$'s. So now a 4 hr wait, while my friends who didnt pay for the season pass have been playin for how long now?? Here's me thinking passholders shafted for shelling
out their buck$ early.

I haven't played titanfail in weeks, so a few more hours isn't a big deal. I just want the achievements. If it didn't have them, i wouldn't touch the dlc. Just my opinion.

 

I just got off the phone with EA and they were going to call me back. What a mess. These guys are so not ready for the big league. That's what we get for giving them our money before they deliver. Lesson learned.

 

This is Microsoft's fault, not EA's.

 

Well, so much for it being sorted out in "up to 4 hours". It's been over 4 hours now and it's still not working.

I called MS and they had me purchase it and they are going to refund the charge.

It's disappointing that this is still an ongoing issue. That said, I've been waiting weeks to be able to download Pinball FX2 DLC that I paid for on the 360 which was supposed to carry over to the Xbox One and there's no fix for that in sight. MS need to
step their game up with this stuff.
