    i bought a package of cookies and it came with a code I go to there website and put it in. I put my name and my last name then my email and then the code but when I hit the enter now button it says There is an error on the form. Please fix the errors highlighted
    the box with the code in it is highlighted

    Why is that? I believe I'm typing it correctly

    I redeemed some codes for the Sea of Thieves Chips Ahoy promotion and it says in my account history that they are there but they wont appear in game.

    I play in on PC as well.
