The screen is black when i start the consol

When I start the game, the picture on the screen black. I have been following the update instructions, purchased new USB memory. All according to your advice. But it does not solve the problem. I have tried to order the service through Microsoft's website,
but Microsoft's page is not working properly right now. We have tried for several days. Now I have to get help!

What should I do? I want to submit the game for repair, but the web page of the order does not work.

disc not playing from dashboard

hello all I am having a problem with my console. its a coupe years old and have had no problems up till this point. today I was trying to start up a disc from the dashboard. after selecting the play game tile it changes to a black screen I can hear the disc
drive stop spinning and the black screen stays, try to exit back to dashboard and the console freezes. I went into my setting and change it so the console starts game when the console is turned on, starts no problem but when I return to the dashboard and try
to start it that way I still get the black screen and then freezing. I am thankful for any help I can get thank you

 

Xbox One X black screen/ no output signal

I try the procedure when the screen is black at the start. I pushed xbox and eject buttons during a long moment, the console started, I heard a sound after 10 seconds but the Xbox button didn't blink. Of course, the screen is still black. Just for info,
when I connect my second console (Xbox One S), it works without any issue (same cables, same tv input).
