    Initially I recommend that you check if you are up to date with the latest version of Windows;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Windows Update;
    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Update Microsoft Store apps;

    Open the store and click on Library;
    Click on Get updates and wait for all apps to be updated;

    Try repairing and resetting the Xbox Game Bar;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;
    Click Apps and Features;
    Find Xbox Game Bar in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;
    Scroll down and click on Repair;
    Then click Reset;

    Try recording the clips again and check if there is still a black screen;
