    The sample rate of you microphone isn't supported...


    When ever I join a party I get the error "The sample rate of you microphone isn't supported " and my friends can not hear me. I'm using a Blue Yeti microphone. This is what the error looks like: Screenshot - 876e577a42e661691979b0705e3e3a74 - Gyazo

    microphone isn't working any more. Only around two or three months ago, it was working just fine. Now, the sample rate isn't supported in the Xbox application. I've tried every sample rate, and none work. My laptop came with the microphone built-in, so I
    can't really change it.

    Can anyone help me with this? (By the way, just in case you didn't see: the microphone is built-in, and it's not a HEADSET)

    "The sample rate for your microphone isn't supported" <--- The error i get no matter which device I use or connect to my PC.

    The Steelseries Siberia 350 is an USB headset, which means, it has it's own built in "soundcard" so to speak.

    If that soundcard samples the microphone in a sampling rate that is not supported, you will need to check if the headset can be configured for a different sampling rate.

    For that however, you will need to
    contact the Steelseries support    .

    I plugged in a new headset jack for my PC and it still wont allow my PC to run my mic audio, I can hear things but I cant talk or listen to others in a voice chat anymore on any app.
