The S Stands for Stylish!! - Not Unlocking?

Just completed "Separate Ways" - After finishing the game already on Normal and the Achievement didn't pop?

I have Special option 1 and 2 plus Normal, that's all of them right?

Have I missed something?

Question about the new Xbox 360

The xbox 360 never had a slim version it had an S version. It did not stand for slim. The correct types are arcade. Pro, elite and S. Not sure what they are calling the 2013 design

Stylish fulgore didn't unlock even after purchasing all skins

I have two achievements that I finished the requirements of on Killer Instinct (I was playing on Windows 10, but it shares the same list as the Xbox One version).

"Stylish Arbiter" and "Survival Arbiter" I have complete at least 5 times each, but neither will unlock. I got them when there supposedly was a service outage on the 29th of March, but now they are stuck and won't unlock.....
