• Forza Horizon: "Fall 2014, probably September.
• White XB1 incoming.
• Halo Anniversary 2 will be 1080p, iffy on the 60fps, maybe not.
• Quantum Break is Holiday 2014
• Multiplayer confirmed for HA2, same devs as Halo Anniversary.
• Sunset Overdrive is Fall 2014
• Black Tusk cancelled project was called "Shangheist." May have involved stealing stuff from the Chinese (though I think that may have been a reference to the name and maybe not the gameplay? Not sure...)
  
• Fable Legends is Summer 2015
• Halo 2 Anniversary includes beta for Halo 5
• Gears of War will probably need a 2.5 year dev time.
• First Titanfall DLC is 45 days from release, then another one 120 days from release.
  
• No Crackdown 3 news this year most likely, since it's a 2016 title.
• A list w/dates of the rest of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries that XB1 will release in this year.
  
• No info/idea on what Rare's up to, sadly.
• $399 XB1 this year? "Maybe one without an Optical Disc Drive.

slightly smaller...... they still will need room for cooling the system.... still if the discless was available at launch for $399 which believe it or not.. I tend to believe without the reversals 180s.. it would have been...I wouldve been all over it..

think about.. what is one of the most anticipated games for the X1?? not names Titanfall.... H5? right.. why why WHY would you release 2 main exclusive games in the same game cycle...release one.... wait for it.... release another...

 

They can offer a disc-less console as long as they keep the version with the disc. I personally want the disc drive but not for games. I want it for the Blue Ray player, so I dont have to have 3 units sitting in my entertainment centre (XB1, Blueray & Cable
Box)

I actually prefer having the games in digital download, so I can jut say "xbox goto __________" instead of having to swap out discs

Not going to get into it much as it is a waste of internet space... it was all over neogaf the other day... assuming you know who/what Cboat is

long story short...

Some guy called out cBoat and this other member eKim as the same person...threads got deleted, members got banned, threads got edited to cover up tracks... etc etc etc... a quick google search of cboat ekim will fill in the blanks.. alot of BS....

actually puts a huge dent into validity of cBoat and neogaf as whole...

Well, I asked about the cboat thing here so I didn't have to go searching, since this is the 2nd time I saw someone mention that name.

From what I was reading it had something to do about valve but changed into a thing about Sony fans making XB1 out to be bad on forums.

 

It is a good read... but TBH.. not worth discussing in this thread... yet alone on these forums... sure it is a video game topic that does involve MS and the XB1 but somehow doesnt seem right

Given that they initially wanted to released a drive less console, they probably have quite a few design ready to use. They'd probably use a new design to make it look right and then use the smaller size as a marketing tool.
