    The Roman Numeral ii being vulgar


    Hi, I know with Xbox’s most recent Gamertag update they added in other languages and such, but one thing I noticed and a lot of others have noticed is you cannot put the Roman Numeral “ii” on it’s own in a Gamertag because it’s considered vulgar.

    I would like to know why and how the Roman Numeral “ii” is considered vulgar to put in an Xbox Gamertag and if this can change to were we can have it on it’s own in our Gamertags again?

    What I mean by having “ii” on it’s own is for example: Prince JMT ii

    Hello! The issue you're facing could be tied to someone in the past using that gamertag being banned, which makes it impossible to use or they're already being currently used by someone else (From just searching up "II Johnny," a lot of similar looking
    gamertags popped up).

    My guess would be then that having II is censored or something along those lines (Which frankly doesn't make sense, but they are somewhat strict with the gamertag system. I know from experience since using the name Suki in your gamertag isn't allowed).

    Johnny was just a random word i tried it with to see if the problem was indeed with the II roman numerals. Every random word I tried with “II” after it was rejected by the system as not allowed. Even completely made up jibberish words like “Ouiiop”.
