The robot check doesn't work.

I have tried choosing the options and it just says its wrong all the time. I don't understand what its asking me. Choose x amount of kites, I will choose the closest picture even thou none of them are correct because the colours will be wrong or the drawings aren't identical.

Microsofts capcha's are seriously bad. I have used this account on my PC for years so why the hell is it asking me to verify? 1 of the largest tech companies and can't even invest in technology that can verify that this user is in the same location, same IP address and same hardware. If that matches up then that should be enough to say that I am not AI. Why make things difficult for your users? A company that is trying to push the Xbox PC market but creates barriers everywhere possible?

Is there anyway I can update my contact information without filling this **** out? Because at this point I straight refuse to put myself through that BS and I can't spend money with this company until its sorted.

I just don't understand why its 10 questions aswell? Even 3 would be annoying. Xbox will never succeed on PC unless they start addressing peoples issues. People have been complaining about this capcha for years with the amount of posts I see about it on here. The Xbox app has tons of issues like verifying files straight up does nothing.

I really want Xbox to do well but when I am constantly coming across barriers that ruin my experience with the platform it does push you towards just buying games at full price on steam knowing you won't have these issues.

Seriously if this company fails its gonna be from not taking onboard peoples feedback.

Same, super robotic responses that don't seem to understand the issue. They keep giving me the same solutions which doesn't seem to work for any of us. Hopefully Microsoft will check it out soon. Pretty irritating not to be able to play a game I own a disk copy of.
