the Rise Of Tomb Rider does not start

Hi!

I installed Rise Of The Tomb Raider on a Xbox OneS console from the installation disc. Installation and fretting were successful. But the game just goes to the initial screen, then does not go on, quits it.What can I do?

Rise of Tomb Rider freezing

Hello. Got a problem. Rise of Tomb Rider freezing when loading saved game after last xbox one update. After that game closes and xbox one start screen loads. What to do?

 

Rise of the Tomb Raider is now officially Xbox One exclusive.

It's been confirmed that Rise of the Tomb Rider is a timed exclusive. From what I gather the announcement was badly formulated and the gaming press understood it's a forever exclusive. For Tomb Rider to become an exclusive, considering how the game started, would have been quite a shift for Square.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If that fails then try removing the game then power cycle the console and install a Demo and if that works fine try installing Tomb Raider again.

The problems about the black screen are probably due to corrupted data. If deleting cache does not work with the

power cycle system, try checking that the console is correctly connected to the internet and then delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.
