The right way to shutoff and unplug Xbox One X?

So my family has to start saving power and that mean I have to completely unplug my Xbox One X. Is there a proper way to fully shut off my Xbox One X to where it's not consuming any power, and it won't be damaged in anyone in the process. I couldn't find a definite answer online but from what I've researched: I did the "Full Shutoff" option in settings, then I let my Xbox sit for about 3 minutes, and then unplugged the power supply. Is that the right way to do it? Will it damage my Xbox if I do this everyday?

Just make sure your console is in power saving mode, and when you turn the console off, wait a few minutes for it to completely turn off, then unplug the console from the wall socket. You won't harm the console in any way.

There shouldn't be any problem. That is how I turn my consoles off, and I have had no problems.

Yep, I've always had my my consoles in power saving mode since 2017, and Ive has my Xbox one x in power saving mode since 2019, so I can do this everyday and fheresontbe a problem?

Try using a Ethernet cable if you haven't already if you have clear your system cache 3 times> shutoff your Xbox unplug everything from your Xbox than restart your Xbox

Do a hard shutoff of your Xbone (hold power button for 6-10 seconds) and then restart your modem (unplug the AC power cord, let it sit for a few minutes then plug it back in). Also I highly suggest putting the Xbox One on energy saving mode instead of instant
on, seems like instant on causes a lot of network issues.
