    so i am a member of the xbox live rewards program , i was trying to get the 5$ visa prepaid card but it s always out of stock , the problem is i have until 15 june to redeem my Vip Gems , can you like send me an email to inform me when the prize is availaible

    You'd really have to as Rewards support in the Rewards forum about that, but they've never really given an exact answer when that offer is available.

    If you have Twitter they usually update their Twitter page when the vault is refilled. Otherwise, all you can do is keep checking.

    They only offer those good deals and rewards in the US. I've never seen that available.

    Do I take it you mean that you want to redeem a specific reward but it is currently not available to be redeemed? If that is the case, then it depends on the reward and why it isn't available...could be that the stock of the reward has run out, could be it has been temporarily removed for a specific reason. I have know Rewards to disappear for a few months then reappear, others to disappear for a few hours

    Hi again,

    I guess the best you can do is frequently checking the list of countries where Rewards is available.

    The number of countries are still rising. For example I'm from Germany, but Rewards wasn't available in Austria even though they speak german too.

    It took a while but meanwhile it is available in Austria too.

    So never give up hope !
