Discus and support the reward credit were incorrect in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; As i mention before the reward that were added were incorrect there suppose to be at least higher than 10,00 credits as i demand credit to fill the gap...     As i mention before the reward that were added were incorrect there suppose to be at least higher than 10,00 credits as i demand credit to fill the gap due to it VIP prizes couldn't be redeemed . So what offer reward credits can you offer. As the reward
    credit do not match or get right. I want amount of credit can you add right now?

    As i mention before the reward that were added were incorrect there suppose to be at least higher than 10,00 credits as i demand credit to fill the gap . So what offer reward credits can you offer now maybe 50,000 or higher?

    Unfortunately you were given incorrect information. The rewards program does not award credits for anything done prior to signing up. Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding it.

    Customer Support's Mistake

    Since Xbox support are the ones who gave you the incorrect information, they would be the ones who would need to give you some sort of compensation. Generally, the only compensation they offer is a free month of Live. They would not be able to award Rewards
    credits at all. There would be no way to receive the rewards credits since the purchases were not eligible.

    The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support does not handle the program. They should have sent you here initially instead of telling you you were eligible. That is their mistake and they would need to be the ones to compensate
    you for incorrect information (usually they can only offer 1 month free of Live, they cannot give you rewards credits). Their reference numbers are only for phone and chat support. Rewards support has no access to that system. As Rewards support already stated,
    since you were not chosen for that offer, you were not eligible for the 50,000 credits.

    We do not see a purchase of the Ultimate Edition until October, which means it was outside the offer period for that offer.
