The reporting system and Reviewing Chat flaws

I dont get Microsoft so ive gotten banned until the 23rd and violated no rules but the guy messaging me was 1st i have to say us people spend our money on ur dumb xbox live and you bAn us for absolutely defemding our seft from toxic people wen u report that
person takes a whole month to ban but wen the victim gets reported its instantly ban and it ruin the victims Reputation and wen you get the message Xbox says they review the messages ITS A LIE they dont review anything this guy Called me poor and so then
5m later i get banned Microsoft just assumes u did wat u they accuse you did but the problem is victims has to take a test to file a complaint which if you get 1 question wrong ur done like ur dun xbox 360 was better this dumb PS4 actually reviews the message
but Xbox really doesnt The reporting system works like this The real toxic player starts being rude the victom defends himsef while not violating the rules the toxic players act nice the victom is jus telling wat he did was bad the toxic reports victim gets
1week or 2week ban wat a waste buy Xbox live then loose the deals for the live I think nicktendo can do better with reporting and actually reviewing and you xbx workers can try to make a argument but you know this true

You will need to contact the enforcement team as we in the forums, support can not help you with it. You have agreed to the Code of Conduct when you created your account.

My advise for the future is to stay calm when someone else is rude to you. Report and block the profile. Dont retaliate.

Only you can improve your rep,no one will reset it for you.

Playing free games like Star Trek Online,Neverwinter,World of Tanks etc. will help but it does take time.

But I was told by another thread that if I posted here I would get a reply and the enforcement team would reset my reputation
