Error code after downloading Minecraft

I got this error "CV:uWH+7e2zMUOsdluw" message after downloading Minecraft and using a Redeem code.

I am using Xbox One S.

Code not downloading.

ok so i bought my first xbox one s minecraft bundle yesterday and was done with the update and everything and got the xbox live and wanted to download the minecraft game and cant. Everytime i go to redeem a code i put the 25 digit code and nothing happends,
no errors no continues nothing it takes me back to the redeem code or cancel page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was the redeem code for the actual game "Minecraft: Xbox One Edition"? If you got the code from Xbox Live, please check your messages on your account here: Sign in to your Microsoft account
If you got the game from the Microsoft Store online, please check your order history and redemption code history here: https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/DisplayDownloadHistoryPage?wlsid=B1CA16FB2F614642B2...

Unfortunately, if the game was purchased from a 3rd party, Xbox Support won't be able to assist in recovering the redeem code.

it says Minecraft.. now when I try the Minecraft xbox one edition it says the code is already redeemed.. how do I switch to Minecraft xbox one edition?

The code you mean was for people that bought JAVA Minecraft on the Mojang website before October 2018. Buyers of the JAVA Version before that date would get a code that allows them to redeem Minecraft Windows 10 on the Windows 10 Store.

Unfortunately, buyers of the Xbox One Minecraft "only" get the Xbox One Minecraft and nothing else. Only digital buyers of the older "Minecraft Xbox One Version" (With "Xbox One Version" in the game title) would later get the newer Bedrock Minecraft for
Xbox One for free.

So, if you bought Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Version" in the name) on your Xbox One, that's the only version you will get. There is no Windows 10 code.

It seems weird Minecraft came pre-installed. Is it a second hand console, by chance, or have you redeemed a code for the game?

Keep in mind the original 'Minecraft for Xbox One' app has been replaced by the 'Minecraft' app.

I'm pretty sure it was for bedrock. Supposedly the code was sent out a while ago, but I have no way of finding it.

Minecraft was never sent as code in a Xbox Live message (unless someone sent you the game as a gift).

And if you redeemed the code, there is no need to search the code anymore, as games you redeem with a code are added to your account. So once you add a game via a code, you will always find it in the "Ready to Install" section of your console, or your Library
on your Windows 10 Store.

If you had the Xbox One Version, you would be able to upgrade to the Bedrock Minecraft on Xbox One for free if you bought the One Version digitally, or played the disc version of Minecraft Xbox One Version for more than 5 hours before February 2018.

But that would NOT give you the Windows 10 Version.

Only if you bought the JAVA Minecraft before October 2018, you would see a redemption button on your Mojang Account website, that would then reveal a code for the Windows 10 Version. That code could then be redeemed on the Windows 10 store to get the Bedrock
Version for Windows 10.

So you could only upgrade from a previous Minecraft on the same platform (i.e. Java -> Windows 10 Bedrock and Xbox One Version to Xbox Bedrock). But you could NOT cross-platform update (from Xbox One to Windows).
