The recently unlocked Xbox achievements are not displayed correctly in the guide.

There was an issue recently where achievements weren't unlocking correctly. This has been fixed, but achievements could take a couple days to finally post to your account. Please see the following article that Game Informer quoted Xbox Live's Operations

Sometimes achievements take up to (and in some cases more than) 24 hours to register and unlock, being online at the time might also factor into certain achievements unlocking, I very recently played a few backwards compatibility titles and I had no issues
with achievements.

Double check to see if you've met the criteria for the achievement to unlock, I'd recommend following a guide on YouTube just to be sure.

I also have had this problem with doodle god on my windows phone. I found that by just continually progressing while connected to the internet, and getting another achievement unlocked the previous achievements for my account that wouldn't show up. So my
advice would be to just continue playing the game as normal but be sure to be connected to the internet while doing so. When you unlock a new achievement that you don't have it should unlock the previous achievements that you already have and they will show
up on your account than. Hope this helps.

As mentioned by WPAK there was an issue with the achievements, however you could try clearing local saved games and relaunching the game, that way you will force the system to fetch and redownload your save file and that way it might detect the achievement.
