    The "ready to install" apps and games are not loading.


    So, I was going to install a game that I had purchased earlier, but when I pressed on "ready to install" nothing loaded up. It was just loading for hours until it gave up and said "try again", so I did and it didn't work. I then restarted my Xbox and tried
    again, but that didn't work either. So I hard rebooted the Xbox, and still doesn't work. This affects all the users on the Xbox One console, not just my user. I literally don't see any fix for this. I really don't want to reset the console, because then I'll
    lose so much progress. This has been like that for a couple of weeks now, but I thought it would fix itself, which it didn't. Any help is appreciated.

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried loading the digital version you purchased to the console via My Games & Apps then Ready to Install?

    Are you sure they are not in the ready to install section?

    Go to my games and apps ----games--scroll right.

    Can you please try removing your account from the console then carry out a hard reset and remove the power cable from the outlet for 5 minutes. Once you have done this please power up the console and re load your account and let us know how you get on afterwards.

    Can you please try removing your account from the console then carry out a hard reset and remove the power cable from the outlet for 5 minutes. Once you have done this please power up the console and re load your account and let us know how you get on afterwards.

    This happens with all the users on the console, not just mine, so it doesn't have anything to do with my user. I have also tried hard rebooting it and leaving it for a couple of minutes while having the outlet removed. Nothing happens.

    Pre ordered a game that is not downloading and installing

    If it's in your Games and Apps and not under ready to install, then it should be pre-loaded. The game releases in 2 hours so it will still say it's a pre-order until then.

    There may have already been a pre-load that already downloaded to your console. It would be in your Games and Apps. If not, check your Ready to Install game in your Full Library under Games and Apps.
