The RB broker after 3 months

I've bought a Xbox One controller from a local retailer on 11.2016 and I've used the controller casual (no mad button mashing, no smacking, using it for at most 8-12 h per week) and had no problem for aprox 3-4 months until suddenly the RB plastic pin (that
holds the controller in place) just broke when I was casual playing Gears of War 4. I've sent the controller in warranty and came back after 3-4 days with the button fixed (but it felt it wasn't replaced, the button wasn't fix, but it had some strange movment)
but it worked for another 2 months maybe (in which i barley used it). At some point when using the controller, the same pin broke again (right side pin, same spot) so I though i just had bad luck. Sent the controller back to the retailer which said after 2
days that the button broke from my fault, because I smashed the controller.

I've had the first XboxOne edition controller till now , which was used intense for around 1-2 years (still have it) and there was no problem with it except the rubber from the Analog sticks,, but this controller ( the new edition with 3.5mm jack) broke
after 3 months of easy using , then broke again after 2 months. The new controller was used in much better conditions than the first one but it still broke, so after the retailer contacted me, I've asked how much it cost in order to be repaired so i can keep
the warranty, and the asked for 70E for the repair (when i spent 50E for the controller + Wifi adaptor).

What I am supposed to do now with the controller because I can't afford a new controller when the current one was used between the parameters wrote in manual.

Is there an official service that asks normal prices for the repairs, not ripping people off and telling the in the face that "It's your fault that you had bad luck to get a controller from a bad lot, now you have to pay for the repair more than the controller
value".

RB button broke

xbox 1 's only bought Xmas 2017 came with controller but the RB button does not work all the time it's frustrating as it's new !! Seems be a common fault which has not been dealt with. How do I get a replacement I'm not buying a new 1 this 3 weeks old

First ,I can't register the controller (i dont own a X1) and i get a SN not correct error.

Second, just got my controller back from warranty and its in a worse shape then before. I don't know what they did, but now the controller has new movable parts and it looks like it fought a war...
