The questionaire

the xbox questionaire used to apply for an unban of communications is one of the most idiotic ways to do this

In my opinion you should be able to talk to team on why you recieved your ban instead of answering a questionaire where half of the questions are not related to your ban

the code of conduct questionaire

Hey there AutonomicMikey,

All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. There's no way to bypass the questionnaire since it needs
to be completed in order to perform a case review. This is the same Code of Conduct which you agree to when starting a Microsoft account.

the code of conduct questionaire

on the 21/05/2017 I was suspended from communications for 2 weeks and when I came to make a case review I had to do the code of conduct questionnaire. certain questions in the questionnaire didn't refer to the code of conduct in detail. and I juts did the
questionnaire again today and I failed because the question was related to innuendo in gamer tags on Xbox with no reference to sexualised references. I see innuendo all the time in other peoples gamer tags so I answer true since others do it without punishment.
it turns out I was wrong because your not allowed sexual references in your gamer tag... the question was about innuendos not "SEXUAL CONTENT" so why the **** would it ask me something and fail me with reference to something completely off topic which wasn't
in the code of conduct. I don't want to do the questionnaire everyday and fail because the code of conduct doesn't have the information or gives me questions which don't refer back to the code of conduct. I want this resolved. let me submit a case review without
a questionnaire to something Ive never heard about until the other day in all my 10 years with Xbox live

To add. The reason you most likely can not directly speak to a person is that they would be bombarded non stop about bans. The questions are also there to make you review all aspects of the rules.

Sorry you're upset. However, this is the only method to contact the PET. They do suspend quite a few people every day and receive many questions regarding the suspensions. This is the only way they can handle each one.
