The puzzle moves when on Lock View.

with the new update, the puzzle can now move up, down and to the sides even when on 'Lock View'. This is very annoying. Can this please be removed or at least give us an option to switch it on or off.

screen lock function

Puzzle screen lock function doesn't work. When I sort edges and then lock the screen, it still moves. This started after I downloaded the new Spain puzzles and clicked on the larger size. If the lock function is there then it should LOCK the screen. How
can I fix this.

Random Zooming in and out

While trying to solve a puzzle, the view zooms in and out randomly since the last update (July 9, 2016). Random zooming occurs whether I move the cursor, or just sit back and look at the screen. It is annoying and makes using, what was my favorite game,
impossible! I have checked for updates to correct this issue (there are none at present). I find the "lock view" feature useless, as it does not let you move the screen view up or down, or side to side, once you set the zoom view you want to lock, making it
impossible to look for the puzzle pieces that aren't in the immediate screen view.

Does anyone else experience this issue? If so, what corrected the problem of the screen view random zooming?

To stop this problem we need a "Scroll Lock". Is that too much to ask for, Microsoft.

I just looked in Microsoft Store and found that the scrolling of the screen was part of the latest update..

We still need an option to switch it off.

I have same problem with screen not locking but have not downloaded anything new. It is also possible to enlarge or reduce image size while locked. The only thing that is locked is the ability to move the board itself. This must have started with the update
that gave larger puzzle size. Please fix !!!!

Now it is only happening in roblox. Specifically, when I lock my camera view so that my reticle in the game is always in the middle of my screen. When I move my camera view down, the reticle stays in the center, but if I keep moving, the taskbar appears and my cursor appears right on top of the taskbar even though my reticle is still in the center

I finally was able to duplicate the problem. If I have zoomed in on a puzzle (which has the ghost picture open underneath it), if I the open the puzzle view and then turn off the ghost picture before I close the puzzle view, when I reopen the ghost picture,
it will not be aligned with my puzzle in progress. If I exit microsoft jigsaw and reopen, the ghost picture will be aligned correctly. Photo is attached.

I'm glad I figured out how to get the puzzle and ghost picture aligned again. The problem occurred because I wanted to turn off puzzle view, and instead I turned off the ghost picture. My bad.
