The publisher of this app doesn't allow it to be moved to a different location 0x80073d01

Greetings, when I try to move Forza Horizon 4 to my other partition, it gives me error "The publisher of this app doesn't allow it to be moved to a different location 0x80073d01". The game now has over 65gb and I won't be able to get any future Windows
or other App updates if I don't move the game somehow,my C drive has 1gb free space left. Also I couldn't even download it to other drives,it was giving the same error.

    :)

  2. NBC Sports app

    Hi there!

Unfortunately, adding an app to the console is not up to Xbox or Microsoft, but up to the publisher of that media and developer of the app.

Microsoft provides the tools and SDK's to allow any publisher to add their app to the console, but ultimately it would be up to that developer to create an Xbox version of the app and publish it to the store.

Hope that helps clarify why some apps are not available on the system!

  3. Facebook Sharing

I've done this, but when I try to publish a screenshot, it seems like it still wants to publish to the same account, rather than asking me for another facebook account.

Before, there used to be a facebook app that you could log into and out of, but this doesn't seem to be the case after the update

Sorry to hear it. Research on that code suggests an applocker may be preventing the app from being moved. Please try the

    steps at this link

  8. The publisher of this app doesn't allow it to be moved to a different location 0x80073d01

    Hi there Kapul4!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox app. Corrupted data may cause the app to
    not to work properly.

Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:

    • Method 1The publisher of this app doesn't allow it to be moved to a different location 0x80073d01 :perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install
a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the
      link on
how to perform a clean boot.

    • Method 2:
      Here is a
      link
on how to download Apps Troubleshooter.

Try this out and let us know the results.
