The promotion of free RYSE in 12 months Xbox Gold subscription - 4 Weeks Later

I was asked by support to repost this on the forum

"Can I have you post back on that forum that you created informing the moderators who were assisting you that it has been 4 weeks and you have not received the code yet? From my understanding, they actually have the full promotion listings and can
replace the codes."

I has been 4 weeks since my purchase and I have not received my copy of RYSE.

Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?

- Yes it was a promotional offer given to me that I would recieve this free game once I subscribed to XBOX live Gold for 12 months subscription.

Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items

- 11/12/2015 - I realise its technically not 8 Weeks, however the games conditions stated it would be with me within 4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks.

Promo Item(s): The game, games, points or Live time you have not yet received

- Free edition of "RYSE"

To clarify. Did you select that promotion and then purchase Xbox Live Gold? If you purchased Gold on a different screen instead of through that promotion then I'm afraid you would not be qualified.

No, I purchased Gold thought the screen that the promotion was displayed.

After seeing the promotion on my dashboard, I selected the promotion and then proceeded to purchase Xbox Gold, in order to receive a free copy of RYSE. Only problem is, 4 weeks later and I still have not received it.

It would be nice to receive some updates regularly, I feel like I have to chase in order for someone to let me know what's going on.

As part of a promotion, I don't see how this problem is possible, as I should be legible to receive what was offered to me.

In terms of costumer service, and the service provided in general, I must say I am extremely disappointed, as I have waited far too long to still have this ongoing issue.

Am I expected to wait another month until I hear any updates? I mean, this is seriously ridiculous as far as costumer service goes. You literally have me sitting in the dark here. I've honestly tried my best to be patient but this is turning into a joke.
Is this how you treat your costumers?

back from investigating teams before we can provide any updates. This is why we state once we have an update we'll provide one.

I just got word this morning (Redmond time) that you guys should be receiving your codes by the end of next week. If you don't get it then, please post back so that we can look into it further! Thanks again for your patience while we looked into this.
