The profile you are trying to load is no longer available

I uninstalled my antivirus (Avira) and my spware program (Malwarebytes) and rebooted my PC. I am getting the same error message about my profile.

At the moment the only security I am using is Windows firewall. I still get the same error meeesage. I have also tried it with the Windows firewall off.

One thing i have just noticed is just before the error message of "The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact X-box Support for assistance” the gasme does actually say welcome . Right after the
game displaying welcome the error message of "The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact X-box Support for assistance” appears and I can go no further.

Sorry I only have access to my PC. I cannot install it on another PC. Also I don't think this issue is my end. It's not a PC issue. The error message is basically saying it cannot find my profile. The game cannot start as it cannot find my profile
in the cloud. The cloud is not at my end of things.

This is how i see what is happening. I ask the game to start > the game says ok let me go and get your profile and then we will start > the game then looks for my profile and cannot find it > the game then displays this error message

"The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact X-box Support for assistance”.

Hey OtherwisePilot2! I would suggest creating a new user on the PC and use it to sign in to an Xbox Live game like Microsoft Solitaire Collection. After that, give your profile another shot and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes!

Hi. I tried what you said and the issue is still the same. The second gamertag is OwnedTag6769567. I was able to play solitaire with that gamertag on a second account on my PC.

 

Hey OtherwisePilot2! Are you able to play Forza on the new profile you created? Do you have access to an Xbox One console at all? Additionally, you may want to try signing out of the profile with the issue through the Xbox app (Please note: you may need
to install and use the Beta version to sign out) and then try launching Forza. If these do not resolve the issue, your game save may have been corrupted which would require starting a new game. Post back and let me know!

Hi. I was able to start a new game with the new profile. I don't have an xbox. I still have the same issue with my profile . I think needs resetting or deleting from the gamemakers server so the game can create a new one
for .

 

As I am able to to the game started with my new gamertag I am going to continue using that one and start the game from the beginning.

 

I was slightly misunderstanding the second profile trick. I can get the game to run if I create a second gamertag. The issue is obviously with my gamer tag of .

I tried changing my gamertag from to Ennogs100. I got the same profile error messge.

As I can start a new game with my new gamertag I am going to do so. I will just have to accept the saved game date for /Ennogs100 is gone.
