The profile you are trying to load is no longer available

I couldn’t get online play to work on Forza Horizon 3. I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 10 creators edition to see if that would fix things. After installing forza again when I first ran it the game started to sync. It was unable to finish the
sync and gave me this error message "The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact X-box Support for assistance”.



Now every time I try to start the game I get the error message about my profile no longer being available and to contact support.



I am able to sign into the xbox app on my pc and into the Microsoft email address.

i bought forza horizon 3 i just updated, it says profile had changed ask xbox support

Because of this error message I am unable to start a new game or carry on from where I was before the format.

 

If I go to Forza Motorsport I can log in with my gamer tag and password

 

I have been onto Microsoft support for 45 mins and so far they cannot work out why this is happening. I have also put a message on the forum at

Surely somebody knows why this is happening?

 

Hey OtherwisePilot2! Sometimes this can occur if you're trying to sign in to an older version of the game. Double check and make sure the game is fully updated. Double check that and let me know!

I don' t know how to update the game? I think I am on the latest version as I only installed it on 23rd April. My version number for the game is 1.0.58.2

I can log into the Microsoft email account associated with the game, I can log into the xbox app, I can log into Forza website/forum but the game says my profile doesn’t exist?



My version number for the game is 1.0.58.2



I don't know why but I thought formatting and reinstalling Windows again may fix the issue. It hasn't. I have the same error message.

 

I think I have the lastest version of the game.

Hey OtherwisePilot2! Are you using a 3rd party anti-virus or firewall at all? If so, try disabling them and give Forza another shot. Post back and let me know how it goes!
