    Problem with xbox playing some games

    for a while there microsoft was giving away free xboxes for the ones who had the olders xbox 360 that couldnt read the newer discs...try calling them mabe u might get lucky

    Hi Cloud. Sorry to hear about your console. I'm going to have to agree with the Ambassador's though. At the point where the disc drive solution doesn't get it behaving, your best bet is going to be to send it in for a repair. On the plus side, it does tend
    to be a really quick turnaround, so we can have you back up and gaming pretty quickly!

    Yesterday Xbox One Have a problem to install games from the store. Some users still have problems woth some games.

    I recommend to restart you console that should work!
