The problem with my achievements continues, Nobody knows how to help me. HELP PLEASE!!

My console xbox one has a problem with the achievements, has them locked does not allow to unlock anything, the steps that I have done for solution are as follows.

Fully format the console, including games and profiles.

Re-download my account

Wait 72 hours for the synchronization of achievements.

Call technical support telephone and xbox forums ask for help.

I unsubscribe from the insider program (on the recommendation of a chat technician) and uninstall the program from my console, wait another 48 hours to see if it is solved.

Already spent more than 120 hours and still not solved with all the steps they put to see if it is fixed, even fill a survey that they ask for after 72 hours.

CURIOUS THINGS WITH THE CONSOLE

If I play an xbox 360 game with backward compatibility, it allows me to unlock the achievements of these games.

I retrieved my profile on a friend's console, and there if you allow me to unlock achievements of any game.

I already did all the steps that they put in the forums and what they told me in the technical support via telephone and chat, wait already 48 and 72 hours for synchronization of achievements and withdraw from the insider program, even with this
my profile continues to block The achievements do not understand the reason but it is very desperate not being able to play and record the progress of my games.

Please help me!

I am already desperate that nobody can give me a solution to this problem

Xbox One achievements not registering

I am having an issue with receiving achievements on Xbox one. I do all that is necessary to get the achievements, but my progress is not being tracked. I've tried getting help but nobody knows what is wrong. Please help ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I took at peek at your Xbox.com profile and was able to

compare your profile to mine for Resident Evil 5. I can see that you unlocked achievements in it yesterday. I can also see that you've recently
unlocked achievements in
Guns, Gore and Cannoli as well.

Is the issue that the achievements are not showing up as unlocked for you on your Xbox One console? If so, can you provide us with screenshots of what you're seeing so we can take a look?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the issue! This may be a stretch, but do you happen to have any DNS relay software installed on your router? We have seen cases where specific network software can block achievements from coming in. If you were to bring your Xbox One
console to a nearby friend or family member's place to try their network and your achievements to pop-up there, that would indicate there is a network issue at play.

Here's a reddit thread with more information if you happen to have similar software installed.

Additionally I wanted to clarify if you performed a
Factory Restore on your Xbox One console? If so, have you tried re-earning achievements that were missed after the reset? If you haven't tried that yet, the reset has resolved numerous issues similar to what you've explained.

In the meantime, please also try a wired connection directly to your modem as well as trying a different network on your Xbox One console and let us know if that helps.

I am having the same issue and nobody is helping me. How can this happen and nobody do anything about it. Has anyone found a fix? Please help. My games will not load but I can talk in party chat and everything.

I already did all the steps for the problem of blocked achievements, and I reset my console erasing everything, delete my account and I went back down, I left the insider program, I have been contacting the online support and telephone and nobody me Can
tell that happened, I can play in my xbox one 360 games and I unlock achievements, but the xbox one games does not allow me to unlock achievements, no achievement, the last online support girl told me that it is a problem with insider and I put a post here
to see if anyone can help me, can not be that nobody tells me that happens because my account does not unblock achievements if I already probe all the steps that here give for the solution.
