    After purchasing Xbox Live Gold subscription it auto-canceled

    Yesterday, I attempted to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription and I received an error that the purchase failed, please try again later. However, I received the confirmation email for the purchase and my credit card statement shows I was charged. Also
    under my account information it was showing I had a subscription. About 15 minutes after the purchase confirmation email I got another email to confirm my Xbox Live Gold subscription cancellation. Now it is not showing I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription
    in my account information but the purchase still appears in my transactions and it still shows on my credit card statement without a refund.

    Looking at other forumposts with the same errorcode it seems that it's caused by the Xbox region/profile region not matching your actual region that you're in. Some users reported that setting it to their actual region fixed the issue. If the code that you
    purchased is not intended for your region then you won't be able to use it.

    I suggest calling Xbox Live Support by phone if your region matches and it still doesn't work.

    Just to add something, i had some problems about reedeming my 14 days trial but after i tried a lot i managed to activate my Live Gold. Both problems (reedeming and purchasing) happened right after i pressed confirm.

    Yeah I am having a similar issue. I tried to renew my gold account yesterday on the xbox one. When I selected confirm purchase it gave me the "something went wrong please try again later" error.

    The weird thing was right when I backed back out to the home page menu it was acting as if I had xbox live gold again and everything was working fine so I figured the error was wrong and it actually did confirm purchase.

    Problem was hours later when I tried playing online again it was back to me not having a gold account. I then went to check my transaction history and it shows that I bought 12 months of xbox live gold only now its not working. I dunno what the heck is
    going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
